If something goes wrong, we still have the money. It doesn’t move until it’s sorted out.

Is my money safe?
You pay Hello Goods, not the maker. We hold it until your order arrives and you confirm it’s right. If it never arrives, or it isn’t what you agreed, you get it back.
What does it cost me?
The price you agree with the maker, plus delivery. We take our cut from the maker’s side, not yours.
How long does a custom order take?
The maker tells you before you pay, and it’s on the order. A cake might be three days. A hand-made piece might be three weeks.
What if it arrives wrong?
Raise it in the app. We still have the money at that point, so you’re not chasing anyone for a refund.
Where do you deliver?
Colombo and the suburbs first. We’ll open other cities as makers join. Tell us where you are above and you’ll pull us there faster.
I make things. Can I sell here?
Yes, and we’re looking for people right now. For makers
